Cooling tables are made entirely of stainless steel.
Cooling is ventilated, with built-in, easily accessible unit. The front panel can be opened with a key. The cooling is done by circulating the air in order to avoid direct contact with the products.
Temperature control is done with a digital thermostat. Automatic defrost with an automatic temperature control of defrosting.
Automatic evaporation of condensation. Self closing doors. Doors can be easily replaced with two or three drawers. The drawers are full extension and made of stainless steel. The insulation is 60 mm. The maximum temperature for the correct operation is 36°C.
The legs are made of stainless steel and are adjustable in height.
